At MARMAR HALIM FASHION DESIGN, we strive for perfection in every silhouette; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a seamless return process within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all couture pieces remain unworn, with original tags attached and in their premium packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal to submit a request using your order number and email address.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Place the garment back into its original designer box along with the invoice to ensure the item is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Attach the prepaid return shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the piece, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
